Candidates must have a CPA with 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Litigation Consulting as well as experience in providing "Expert Witness Testimony."
Prospective candidates must have the ability to bring to the table a client base with an expected annual billings of $1,000,000 plus.
Compensation starts at $180,000 with a bonus package attached of a minimum of $50,000.

Great opportunity! Immediate position open in Eureka California for a experienced Geo-technical Engineer. Engineer will be responsible for all phases of project management and execution.
Duties: Negotiate agreements, technical investigations, assessing risks at site, designing earth works and foundations, produce reports, maintain client relations and work closely with in-house soils and materials testing lab.
Must have qualifications: Demonstrated ability to successfully market technical and professional services, strong written and oral communication organizational and leadership skills.

BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
Professional Geotechnical Engineer License (GE), California Preferred, other states considered.
Excellent knowledge of the conditions and engineering requirements in the geographic area.
Valid Driver's license (CA) by hire date.
Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in US without sponsorship.

Experience: 5 years technical experience + minimum of 5 years of Professional Project Management experience.
